Course

This empowering course is based on my #1 best-selling book, N.O. R.M.A.L.: A guide to authentic living. It invites you on a transformative journey using the N.O.R.M.A.L. framework: Non-judging, Openness, Realistic, Motivated, Authentic, and Loving. Whether you're feeling lost, disconnected, or simply looking to deepen your emotional intelligence, Living N.O.R.M.A.L. offers a roadmap to living with greater purpose, clarity, and joy.

Each module combines teaching, reflection, journaling, and experiential activities to help you integrate each principle into your daily life. You’ll also learn to identify and shift out of the A.B.N.O.R.M.A.L. states that keep you stuck in cycles of disconnection and self-sabotage.

  • Chronic anxiety often stems from underlying stress, past trauma, or unmet emotional needs. Through talk therapy and expressive arts, I help clients uncover the root causes of their anxiety in a safe, supportive space. We use mindfulness-based practices and creative tools to process emotions and develop personalized strategies for managing anxious thoughts and physical tension. For those interested, experiential work with horses can also provide powerful insight into emotional regulation and non-verbal cues.

  • Feeling stuck is often a sign of underlying emotional blocks, past experiences, or burnout. Together, we explore what's holding you back using talk therapy and creative methods that help bring clarity and insight. You can reconnect with your inner motivation, shift limiting patterns, and build momentum toward meaningful change through expressive arts and experiential practices, including equine-assisted psychotherapy. You don’t have to do it alone—we’ll work at your pace to confidently move forward.

  • That’s completely okay—and very common. Our first sessions are designed to gently explore what’s going on in your life without pressure. I use a client-centered approach, and often incorporate creative or experiential exercises that can help when words are hard to find.
